Exploration
Grades: PS-1st
GK Math programs for our youngest students introduce a broad variety of mathematical concepts and allow students to explore many topics in a fun, hands-on fashion. For online classes, all class materials are provided to ensure that the hands-on exploration component is retained. Pre-K classes are available in both English and Russian, and from Kindergarten onwards, classes are taught in English only. Click here to learn about Math programs.

GK Enrichment Math Circles is a place for elementary school students to explore exciting mathematical topics and problems. It combines the strong Russian math circle traditions of asking challenging, open-ended questions with the best hands-on elements of American elementary school enrichment. Additionally, these classes help prepare students for various math competitions such as Math Kangaroo, MOEMS, Mathcounts and AMC-8. In some cases, a placement test may be required to determine a student's level. Click here to learn about Math programs.
These programs are designed for middle and early high school students aiming to excel in competitions like MathCounts and AMC 8 (group Kovalevskaya) and AMC 10, AIME, and the Lehigh High School Math Contest (group Erdos), as well as to explore advanced math topics. In the process of preparing for the competitions, classes will explore topics in algebra, geometry, number theory, and combinatorics and probability. A placement test is required for participation.
