$550/week (full day, full week only) - includes fee for camper T-shirt

academic math instruction in small groups
Robotics activities
"humanities" hour, math and STEAM games and crafts
outdoor play and physical activity
all activities in English

Registration:

Registration is open on a first come, first served basis.
Space is limited (30 students per week).

I understand that GK Enrichment has the right to use images of my child for promotional purposes. Note: GK does not tag or identify our students online and in social media in any way.

I give permission to the GK staff to assist in the application of sunscreen (supplied by parent) to my child.

In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize the GK staff to provide and obtain medical treatments for my child.

I give permission to GK to transport my child in emergency situations.

I will pick up my child on time. I agree to pay a penalty of $10 after the first 10 minutes after camp conclusion, and then $1/child thereafter for each minute my child(ren) remain at the camp after that.

I understand that the GK is responsible for my child only during the hours he/she is registered for camp.

I understand that GK is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

I have read and understand the GK camp policies as stated in the camper Handbook.

I understand that failure to comply with summer camp policies may result in service termination.

Waiver of Liability-In consideration of my child's participation in the activities of GK, I agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless GK and its respective officers, employees, volunteers, and members for injuries, accidents and damages that result from my child's participation in the programs, including but not limited to liability for its own negligence, and do hereby on behalf of myself, heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which may have or which may hereafter accrue to my child arising out of or connected with participation in the programs, use of the GK facilities and property, or use of equipment within its facilities and property. I understand that even when every reasonable precaution is taken, accidents can sometimes occur. I further understand that the activities of GK have inherent risks and I hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to my family's participation in programs or use of the facilities, or equipment within its facilities. I UNDERSTAND THAT CHECKING THE BOX FOR THIS ITEM DEMONSTRATES ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
