Russian Language and Literature Teacher

 

Ekaterina grew up in Moscow, Russia, and graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Foreign Languages, specializing in French, English, and Italian. She also completed additional coursework in Russian as a Foreign Language (RFL). She is fluent in Russian, English, and French.

Over the course of her career, Ekaterina has worked in marketing, communications, and project management, with extensive experience in the automotive and luxury industries. As a Communications Director for such international brands as Peugeot, Jaguar Land Rover, and Cartier, she oversaw integrated PR, advertising, media relations, and high-profile events.

Alongside her corporate career, Ekaterina has several years of experience teaching French and Russian to both children and adults, in group and one-on-one settings. After recently moving to the United States, she joined Golden Key Enrichment, where she teaches Russian language. Her academic background in languages and her teaching experience have made language education a natural and rewarding part of her work.

Ekaterina is passionate about the arts and music and considers creativity an important part of her life. She has additional education in Art History, has sung in classical choirs in Moscow for many years and currently participates in the Wayne Oratorio. She studied in France for two years and spent the last three years living in Vietnam - experiences that have given her a broad international perspective and a deep appreciation for different cultures. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the arts,  singing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She has three children: two sons, ages 20 and almost 16, and a 13-year-old daughter.
