CINDY FU
Math Teacher
Cindy was born and raised in the suburbs near Philadelphia. She has a passion for working with children and preparing them for both academic and personal success! As she enters her final year at Chestnut Hill College’s Honors Program with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in biology and chemistry, Cindy aspires to attend a PsyD program and to become a child psychologist.
The past several years, Cindy has worked as a K-12 math tutor, where she’s taught her students subjects from basic math functions to complex topics such as calculus and physics. Cindy enjoys how learning math can also be creative and go beyond sheer memorization of facts.
In her free time, Cindy loves spending time with her pet chickens and dog, going on nature walks, journaling, and doing arts and crafts projects with her family. In the morning, she especially loves daily brainteasers and crossword puzzles. She is eager to help cultivate a collaborative, engaging environment where students can flourish at Golden Key Enrichment!
