Parent Acknowledgements-I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: GK/MLCA and its employees will not be responsible for, nor legally liable for, any damage or loss of property or either bodily or personal injury suffered in conjunction with any activities at the Main Line Math Festival, regardless of fault. I hereby waive all claims against GK/MLCA, its personnel, employees, and volunteers, from any and all liability or cause of action arising out of any injury or death to person or property, and any other loss, damage, or expense arising out of participation in, or any activity associated with this event. I understand that during the Math Festival GK/MLCA does NOT provide any insurance coverage for myself and my family members, including Minors, person or property. As the Minor's parent or guardian, I acknowledge my own responsibility for the Minor's safety, health care needs and the protection of my family's property.
