Before paying for classes, please make sure EVERY child is registered for the upcoming term. If you need to register another child, please return to the registration form.

DISCOUNTS

DISCOUNTS:

5% automatic discount off cart total for purchasing 4 courses.
10% automatic discount off cart total for purchasing 5 or more courses.
There are no additional discounts for siblings or for Summer Camp.
Full year discount only available for purchases prior to October 1, 2024.

Supplies:

During the school year, online students in Math Pythagoras, Euclid, Archimedes, Gauss and Art require supplies to participate in the hands-on, interactive aspects of the class. Here is a list of necessary supplies for the year for each program. Parents may elect to purchase a packet of supplies for the year to be mailed to their home ($25 fee). If a family already has everything necessary, supplies do not need to be purchased.
All supplies for in-person classes and all other online classes are either not required or will be provided by GK.
Parents will be responsible for printing classwork and homework files and basic household supplies.
There are no additional supplies (besides ordinary household items) necessary for the summer term.

Tuition policy notes:

Spot in class is confirmed only after payment is received.
Tuition is payable by credit card via PayPal after registration.
Payment plan options available - contact us if you need a payment plan due to financial circumstances.
Classes canceled by the school will be made up or refunded by GK.

Missed class policies:

If you miss an online class, you may request to attend another class as a makeup or ask for the class to be recorded for your child to review independently.
If you miss an in-person class, you may request to attend an in-person or online makeup of the same class or another class (e.g., art class instead of Russian class) or a recording of the same virtual class, if available.
No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes.

Trial class policies:

No payment is necessary before attending a trial class.
However, group selection priority is reserved for paid registrations and unpaid registrants attending a trial class will be offered to join a group where space is available.
Tuition for trial class will be added if you decide to enroll.
No payment is necessary if you decide NOT to enroll after trial class.
